Privacy Policy
What this site collects, what I collect when you work with me, and what happens to it.
This policy covers w2b.cc and the consulting, training, and coaching services provided by Wheeler Productions of Anchorage, Alaska, delivered personally by Michael Wheeler. It was last updated on September 11, 2026.
The short version
This website has no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising, and sets no cookies. I do not sell or rent anyone's information, ever. The only personal information I hold is what you send me yourself.
What this website collects
Nothing directly. w2b.cc is a set of static pages. There is no login, no comment form, no newsletter signup, no shopping cart, and no analytics service. Visiting a page does not place a cookie on your device.
Two things are worth knowing anyway:
- Server logs. My web host records ordinary request logs, which include your IP address, the page requested, and your browser's user agent. These are generated automatically, used for security and troubleshooting, and not linked to anything else.
- Fonts. Pages load two typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. That is Google's only involvement with this site. Google's handling of that request is covered by their own privacy policy.
Pages here link out to other websites, including my other businesses and streaming services. Once you follow a link, you are on someone else's site and their policy applies, not this one.
What I collect when you contact me
If you email or call, I receive whatever you choose to tell me, typically your name, your email address or phone number, and the substance of your question. I keep it so I can answer you and so I have a record of our correspondence.
What I collect when you work with me
- Contact and scheduling details, so I can reach you and we can book sessions.
- Engagement records, meaning your quote, what was agreed, and when sessions took place.
- Notes from sessions, where I keep them. These are working notes, held so I can do the job properly and pick up where we left off.
I never receive your card details. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe. I see that an invoice was paid, the amount, and the last four digits of the card. The full number never reaches me and is never stored on this site or by me.
Why I hold it, and what I do with it
To deliver the service you asked for, to schedule and reschedule, to invoice and keep proper financial records, and to answer you when you get in touch. That is the whole list.
I do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and I do not use it for advertising or send marketing email you did not ask for.
Who else sees it
Only the services I need to run the work:
- Stripe, to take payment and issue refunds.
- My email and telephone providers, in the ordinary course of carrying messages.
- My web host, which serves these pages and keeps the server logs described above.
- Video conferencing, for remote sessions, where one is used.
Beyond that, the only reasons I would disclose anything are the ones in the terms of service: where the law requires it, or where I reasonably believe someone is at risk of serious harm.
Confidentiality of sessions
What you tell me in a session stays between us. I do not share it, sell it, or use it as an example without your permission. As the terms explain, this is a promise I am making to you rather than legally privileged communication of the kind you have with a lawyer or a licensed clinician.
How long it is kept
Financial records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require, currently seven years. Correspondence and working notes are kept while they are useful and then deleted. If you want your information removed sooner, ask, and I will delete whatever I am not legally required to keep.
How it is protected
This site is served over HTTPS. Payment is handled by Stripe, a PCI Service Provider Level 1 processor, so card data never touches my systems. Records are kept on password protected devices and accounts. No system is perfect, and I will not pretend otherwise, but I do not hold the category of data that makes a business a target: no card numbers, no passwords, no customer database.
Your choices
You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, ask me to delete it, or ask me to stop contacting you. Email mike@w2b.cc and I will answer within 30 days. There is no charge and I will not ask why.
Children
These services are for adults. This site is not directed at children, and I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If a minor is to take part in training, that is arranged with a parent or guardian.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version appears here with a new date at the top.
